How much do you charge for repairs?
Every camera is different and need varying amounts of work. We price our repairs on an individual basis after we have examined the camera. We try to keep our costs down so it is more economic for you to get your camera repaired than buy a new one.
We charge a £15 examination fee which allows us to examine the camera and quote you for the repair. After the examination, we will let you know what needs to be done and what the cost will be. Once you have approved this cost, we will begin with the work.
What is your turnaround time for repairs?
We aim to get your camera back to you within two weeks. Sometimes we can get this done a lot faster and if there are any delays, we will get in touch with you.
Do you purchase cameras from customers?
Yes, we do. We are mainly interested in purchasing models of camera that you can see for sale on our website. For example, the Canon AE-1 or Pentax ME Super. We expect cameras to be in very good cosmetic condition. We have excellent in-house repairs, so working condition is not essential.

How do I get my camera to you?
You can post your camera to us. We are based in the UK and accept repairs from anywhere in the world. Please fill out the contact form and we will get in touch with details on how to send the camera to us.
