How much do you charge for repairs?

All of our cameras are tested and fully working. Any faults or condition remarks are stated in the product description. All of our cameras are also refurbished and serviced, which includes new light seals, clean interiors, shutter speed testing, light meter calibration and lubricated mechanisms where necessary.

What is your turnaround time for repairs?

We aim to get your camera back to you within two weeks. Sometimes we can get your repairs done a lot faster and if there are any delays, we will get in touch with you.

How do I get my camera to you?

You can post your camera to us. We are based in the UK and accept repairs from anywhere in the world. Please fill out the contact form and we will get in touch with details on how to send the camera to us. Please do not post items to the address in the footer of the website.

Each camera is quoted separately. Some cameras are worth more than others. We will send you a quote via email when we have received your camera equipment.

Yes, we will buy cameras in any working condition. We may reject them if it is a model of camera that we already have a lot of spare parts for.
