How much do you charge?
Every camera is different and need varying amounts of work. We price our repairs on an individual basis after we have examined the camera. We try to keep our costs down so it is more economic for you to get your camera repaired than buy a new one.
We charge a £15 examination fee which allows us to examine the camera and quote you for the repair. After the examination, we will let you know what needs to be done and what the cost will be. Once you have approved this cost, we will begin with the work.
What is your turnaround time?
We aim to get your camera back to you within two weeks. Sometimes we can get this done a lot faster and if there are any delays, we will get in touch with you.
How do I get my camera to you?
You can post your camera to us. We are based in the UK and accept repairs from anywhere in the world.
